Work Process
This is the creative process we follow. Designed to optimize time lines and avoid disagreements on project scope, requirements and time lines.

Problem Statement
There most important part of any undertaking is to clearly define what the client really needs. Many projects fail before they start because the core requirement was not defined.

Documentation
Any change requests will be handled after the initial scope of any project is completed or where applicable, when milestones are achieved. Before we Implement a Functional Requirements Document will be completed and signed off by all parties involved. Change requests outside the scope of the Functional Requirements specifications will be logged and quoted for.

Project Planning
Be it data recovery, network installations, software development or any other task, two things are always true... Failing to plan, is planning to fail AND scope, time and quality will always find balance... more of one equals less of another.

Implementation
When we start implementation, we follow the defined and signed off project plan to ensure neither us or our clients get off track. We havea robust project management system in place to ensure everything is documented and that there is always transparency, especially on Implementation progress.

Scope and Costing
We believe in the triangle of quality, cost + time and scope, cost and time. The combined length of the 3 sides of these triangles balances out to a fixed length. Thus if you want it faster, cost, time or both cost and time might be affected. We always sign off the project triangle before the process continues.

Project Completion
After completion verification testing is completed. We will provide the documented test results to our clients for sign off and hand over. Due to our thorough project management and documentation practices, the hand over process is simple and painless.
